Remove original plate support and rear fearing. Screw in the supports to the frame
by the bolts and after add the plate holder.
P.S. Maybe the rear frame hasn't threaded holes. In this case use the four nuts to tighten the crews.

 Reassemble the rear fearing. You can buy and add to it, dedicated plate light (PRTL01 and PRTL02) and/or turn light using holes in the frame. Sticker can be used to cover holes dedicated to plate light if you don't use it.
